Sentora combines hands-on GTM execution, incentive design, capital formation, and regulatory-aware delivery to hit targets fast with fewer resources. In the PYUSD on Solana program, this approach translated into clear results: $700M in net new TVL in two months—surpassing the $500M goal—while using only 35% of the budget. By coordinating protocol integrations, aligning institutional capital, and actively managing incentives, Sentora’s project management turned a complex rollout into a measurable win.
