The Role

We're looking for a DeFi Solutions Specialist to lead client relationships, onboard new partners, and ensure high retention and satisfaction across our user base. You’ll work closely with growth, product, and engineering to deliver a seamless experience to our most valuable users—crypto-native treasuries, protocols, and funds deploying capital via Sentora.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key clients from onboarding through ongoing support

• Act as the main point of contact for user questions, feedback, and growth opportunities

• Monitor client activity, usage, and satisfaction to proactively address issues

• Collaborate with the product team to communicate user needs and influence the roadmap

• Coordinate reporting, yield updates, and risk communications for clients

• Educate users about new vaults, integrations, and best practices

• Identify upsell or expansion opportunities with high-value accounts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles

• Strong knowledge of DeFi, yield protocols, and the crypto institutional landscape

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

• Bonus: Experience at a DeFi protocol, crypto asset manager, or fintech platform
