The Role

We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive new business for Sentora’s yield solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing crypto-native institutions and DAOs looking to deploy capital into curated yield strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands the DeFi landscape, can speak the language of risk and yield, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, and close

• Build and manage a pipeline of DAOs, crypto treasuries, funds, and other institutions

• Craft tailored pitches around Sentora’s products

• Work closely with marketing and growth to refine messaging and outbound strategies

• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff

• Represent Sentora at conferences, virtual events, and community calls

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, or capital introduction

• Strong familiarity with DeFi, protocols, DAOs, and on-chain yield strategies

• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bonus: Existing network of crypto-native treasuries or DeFi-native allocators

• Bonus: Experience at a crypto fund, DeFi project, or B2B fintech
